HISTORY

• Kellwood Lighting was conceived in 2012 as a specialist division of an engineering group.
• Kellwood Lighting originally specialised in providing turn-key lighting upgrades. Products were installed by Kellwood Electrical, a sister electrical contracting division, with installations throughout the UK. These included high profile sites, ranging from national tennis centres, to production halls for global electronics manufacturers.
• In 2017 Kellwood Lighting identified that it was becoming increasingly consultative, with a focus on design and providing specialist product solutions for unique applications. These included high temperature high bays for steel works, chlorine-resistant products for swimming pools, and ecologically-friendly solutions for bat-sensitive areas. Kellwood Lighting developed it's offering to support M&E consultants, architects, trade, and the electrical wholesale markets to provide these solutions.
• In 2024 the lighting division was set up as an independent company, Kellwood Lighting Ltd.
