Kellwood were invited to consult on a multi-phase lighting upgrade for one of Carillion's combined secondary school and leisure centre complex.
This facility included various gymnasiums, a swimming pool, and a premium-quality, 4G sports pitch.
High maintenance costs had rendered the outdated systems obsolete and Kellwood were asked to supply and install the appropriate, alternative LED fittings.
Kellwood's designated project team carefully designed and built multiple project area briefs by listening to Caril lion's staff requirements and offering them sound industry advice. The biggest challenge on the pitch upgrade was the low-weight thresholds of the existing poles. Specialist sport-specific, lightweight floodlighting was installed.
