Barking Abbey School is a sports college that consistently ranks amongst the top 20% of state-comprehensive schools in England. They were named National Sports College of the Year
in 2011 by a major broadsheet.
Kellwood Lighting was contracted to supply and install all electrical infrastructure and lighting within the clients' brand new, premium-standard Netball facility.
Barking Abbey School wanted a high-performance lighting array included in a budget stretched by delayed building works. Kellwood's lighting designers produced a custom solution to support county and national grade sport.
Turnkey, full-building wiring was also needed.
Despite operating over 300 miles from the Kellwood Group's main offices in southern Scotland Kellwood Electrical's installation team self-managed a complex installation, helping to bring a delayed project back on schedule and on budget.
