The Vanguard Series Inspection Pit Light provides bright even illuminance, ensuring engineers and technicians can clearly see under vehicles or machinery, and transit safely along inspection pits.

Its IP65 protection and corrosion-resistant surface-finish ensures it is resistant to liquids and dirt and well suited for non-ATEX inspection pits. The robust low-profile design prevents interference with tools or equipment in the pit yet the thick IK10 polycarbonate diffuser and steel housing is capable of withstanding impacts from tools, machinery, or accidental knocks.

It is designed to be suitable for installation in recesses, as are often found running along the side of inspection pits, with rear or end cable entry.

• Shock Resistant Materials: the thick, 5mm polycarbonate diffuser and steel housing (with fully-welded seams) ensures that the light can withstand knocks from tools, and components.
• Compact Design: at only 78mm deep, the low-profile housing prevents interference with tools or equipment in the pit, and can fit into the utility channels often found running along the sides of inspection pits.
• A Range of Light Outputs and Fitting Sizes: 2ft, 4ft, and 5ft housings, and outputs up to 5,700 lumens, ensure that a solution can be optimised to light an inspection pit with appropriate illuminance and excellent uniformity.
• Rear or Side Cable Entries: installation can be optimised for wire-in-wire-out (e.g. with galvanised conduit), and/or rear cable entry.
• Black Finish: hides dirt and grime if it settles on the housing.
• Emergency: drivers can be supplied for installation outside the spray-booth, optimising product lifetime.
